We have spent 2 1/2 years now building our house and getting it ready to sell. Here is the finished product! Well, almost finished (my husband and I always seem to find more projects to work on, as we just can't seem to sit still ;). It has been quite the learning process! In future posts I will talk about all the steps we went through and what we learned, but for now I wanted to show you around our first house we have ever built or owned! We love it and will be sad to move if it sells but we have gained an abundance of knowledge for the future! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
(Toilet is past the arch to left of bathtub, Closet is to the left, entering it from the bathroom)
Can look out big windows to yard and porch.
This is a little room attached to the master bedroom.
House Plans
This is a 3 level home with plenty of room for a growing family. The outside is beautifully landscaped thanks to my landscaping husband and lots of late hours working on it after work! Last year I grew my first garden as there is a raised bed along the entire back fence. I do not have great pictures of the landscaping as it is winter now and most of these pictures were taken this fall, but I will post some as spring and summer come. We love the neighborhood. It is quiet, has walking trails and parks, and is close to town as well as outdoors activities. I have some before and after shots of the building process so will be posting those later. We would love to know what you like and don't like about this house as we are thinking about building again if this house sells. Advice and opinions are always great to have! Thanks for looking!

Great designing of this house. I really love the design. To those who work there they were very good.

What a nice big home! I like the island in the kitchen and of course, having so much space throughout--including the basement. The only thing I noticed that I would want to be different is the washer & dryer being so close to the ground & built in under the countertop (which would make it a little more costly to change). I just don't like bending over that much, especially now that I'm doing more laundry. Good luck selling your pretty home!
ReplyDeleteI like the style of the house. simple but everything is in place.
